Getting to know my clients and their personal interests has allowed me to make more accurate recommendations of properties. When touring properties, I provide my clients with an itinerary, appropriate maps, available amenities, and statistical data on the areas that best fit their needs and educate them on that market. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and perform the most thorough research possible, including zoning, investment opportunities and historical significance. While I am working with my clients I am highly personable and easy going so that my clients can have the most enjoyable and informed experience possible. Once a property has been selected or one of my listings has received an offer, I efficiently execute the documentation and comprehensively manage the transaction throughout the closing.
